The register, in one line

The Eldeco 7 Peaks register, read on 24 September 2026, names the promoter of record as Eldeco Homes Developers Limited, the address as Plot GH-01 and GH-01A, Block A, Sector Omicron 1A, Greater Noida, and the RERA declared completion date 14 November 2030. Towers, phases and apartment counts, from the application form

The developer's application form of 5 September 2026 records seven towers across two phases. Phase 1 is towers T1 to T6, carrying 700 apartments; phase 2 is tower T7 alone, carrying 120 apartments, for 820 apartments across the project. The brochure of 8 July 2026 names the seven towers: Asgard, Blanc, Crestone, Denali, Everest, Kili East and Kili West.

Acres, pools and orientation, from the brochure

The developer's brochure, dated 8 July 2026, states the project sits on 7.5 acres and carries four swimming pools, with towers described as three-side-open and with wraparound balconies. These are the developer's stated figures, not a measurement taken by this desk.

The printed rate and the channel-partner rate

The developer's price list prints the basic sale price at Rs 13,000 per sq ft* super area, plus other charges, as on 22 August 2026 (developer price list). A channel-partner rate can exist for an authorised agent. Where it does, the rate and the heads it waives are Eldeco's written terms and appear as lines on the dated cost sheet the desk sends. The desk does not publish a rate or a waiver it does not hold in writing, so neither is printed here. The payment plans

The price list's construction-linked schedule, dated 22 August 2026, runs across eight stages: 10 percent at booking, 10 percent within 45 days of booking and 10 percent within 90 days of booking, then 20 percent each on completion of the 3rd floor slab or 18 months whichever is later, on completion of the top floor slab, and on completion of unit flooring excluding wooden flooring, then 5 percent on application of the occupancy certificate and 5 percent on offer of possession. A 30:40:30 plan and the Tata Capital scheme (10 percent now, no EMI for 24 months, the loan standing between Tata Capital and the buyer and not Eldeco) are named only as stated by the Vidastu desk, September 2026, with milestone wording not yet filed.
