What sits outside the price list entirely

Two things on a 7 Peaks quote are not line items with a fixed rupee figure on Eldeco's price list at all. The first is government cost. They are named in the price list's own terms and conditions, clause 1, which states that stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other government taxes, duties and levies are borne by the applicant on actual basis, because those rates are set by the government and move on a schedule Eldeco does not control.
