The public green belt runs the full western edge of the plot, 100 metres wide on the site plan, with the 130 metre main road beyond it and a second green belt beyond the road: about 300 metres of open ground in front of the towers, as our desk walked it on 10 September 2026. Nothing is built between the towers and that edge, which is the view the corner balconies are drawn around.
A three-level clubhouse, four pools, 24 club amenities
Lap pool, tropical pool, an all-weather heated pool and a kids' pool with a sand beach sit around the clubhouse, with a sports arena on its roof. Named the way the brochure names them.
