Construction is at the initial stage across the plot; no photograph of built work exists on our pages, and none is being added today. The towers face a green belt, with open views of about 300 metres running in front of them, and our desk found that most buyers here are end-users rather than investors, with a number of them coming from Mumbai. VRV (variable refrigerant volume) air conditioning in all rooms is printed in the developer's specifications, and our desk confirmed that line on site on 10 September 2026.
